Projektovanje konstrukcija od Nas za Vas. Projektni biro Plan 31 je osnovana davne 2004.-te godine kao ćerka firma rumunskog Plan 31 biroa. U početku pod krilima kolega sa iskustvom stvarali smo prve objekte. Objekti su se ređali i postali smo samostalni projektni biro Novi Sad sa prepoznatljivim stilom rada. Projektovanje se prvobitno odnosilo na projekte AB montažnih objekata sa pratećim monolitnim i čeličnim konstrukcijama. Trenutno nudimo sirok asortiman projektovanja konstrukcija.
Objekti niču oko nas i uglavnom se priča samo o izvođačima koji izvode objekat. Faza projektovanje i izrada projekata se uglavnom ne spominje, da ne spomenumo sad situacije kad na otvaranje objekta ni ne pozovu projektante. U slučaju da se spominje i projektant onda uglavnom se arhitekti oni kojima se ime zna. Naročito ako je u pitanju neki arhitektonski dobro rešen objekat koji ima izgled koji će označiti deo grada. O projektantima konstrukcije vrlo retko se priča. Ali iza svakog uspešno izvedenog objekta stoji jedan projektant konstrukcije bez koga objekat bi ostao samo ideja na papiru.
